What Causes Easy Bruising On Legs?

My son is constantly falling because he is always running and about to turn 2, so i am used to seeing bruises on his legs. But i saw one this morning that s center is white? What is that? Also his legs bruise very badly but not anything else really, like if he falls at the park and hits his shoulder. Should i be concerned?

Hi,

Hitting on shoulder with pain while moving it and inflammation shoulder be consulted for by his doctor. A local examination by him would exclude / find any injury to shoulder. He may need X-ray in case of doubt. Bruise centered by white skin could be allergic or an insect bite (at garden possibly) if there is itching it's a positive sign by allergy. You can apply Betnovate N ointment over the counter. If no results, consult his doctor.
