What Causes Early Period With Negative UPT?

Honing out of my mind. My period isn't due for about five days. I think that I had implantation bleeding around Christmas but not sure I have taken a home pregnancy test but they have all come back negative. What should I do? I need to know so I can stop going crazy

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the pregnancy and this kind of irregularities is common with the history of IUD and this is nothing to worry, wait for some time this would comes to normal, neither this may need any medicines, have a nice day.
