Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that if there is pain in a single tooth then it can be due to tooth related problems like tooth decay while if the pain is generalized to entire side of jaw then it can be due to sinus infection..
Secondly if there is pain in ear and also sore throat it can be due to ear and throat infection..
Mouth ulcers can be secondary to infection or a side effect of medication..
As you are advised antibiotics, you need not to worry as the infection will reduce and the symptoms will improve..
You also need to consult an Otolryngologist and get evaluated and he can do an otoscopic examination of ears and if there is infection antibiotics and analgesic ear drops can be advised..
In case if tooth pain does not subside then repeating x ray with different angulations and also localizing and treating the tooth with root canal treatment or extraction can help..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for pain relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
