What Causes Ear Bleeding In 3 Weeks Old Baby?
My 3 weeks old baby got his ear bleeding.
He always wear glove all the time.
The doctor in emergency room said that the blood is not coming from the surface of the ear because theres no scratch marks.
Please help... Its 3 am in the morning in my country, and theres no doctor specialist available at the moment.

Causes of bleeding from ear could be
1) injury to external part of ear due to scratching or internal due to putting something in ear by someone
2) bleeding disorder (hemorrhagic disorder of new born) due to vitamin k deficiency.For this you need to give vitamin k injection. If bleeding from ear was mild and now ceased and if there is no bleeding from any other site then you can wait till morning to consult doctor.But if it is more or continuous then immediately consult your doctor
