What causes dysphagia and diarrhea?

I am currently experiencing dysphasgia and diarrhea symptoms. Lab reports show CPR slightly elevated. I also have problems with acid reflux and high blood pressure. ANA lab report shows possibility for an autoimmune disorder. I m interested in your thoughts regarding these symptoms and lab results?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms and lab results are suggestive of an autoimmune disorder called systemic sclerosis. Anti-Scl-70 antibody level in blood can confirm the diagnosis. Please be advised get the test done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
