Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hi
Musculotendinous rupture and shoulder weakness .may lead to
dyskinesia, which is a uncontrolled, repetitive movements of muscles
treatment with omega-3 fatty acids is effective apart from shoulder muscles repair by surgery if any rupture present and later build up exercises
MRI shoulder may helpdiagnose any disruption present. some surgeons do arthroscopic diagnosis and repair.so you may consult a shoulder surgeon
