What Causes Dull Frontal Headache And Slight Pain Going Up My Neck?

For the past several weeks i have had a dull frontal headache and slight pain going up my neck. At times I feel like I may faint. Things become blurred and it takes a little time for my eyes to focus. I do have some back issues in that I herniated a couple disks a few years ago. Today when I felt as though I could faint, I also had trouble walking in a straight line. My legs wanted to take me to the side instead of straight. Could this be a pinched nerve or perhaps sinus issues. I did have some assumably allergies for about 6 weeks but that has subsided greatly.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms which you described can be due to either migraine or sometimes due to cervical spondylosis. A clinical examination and CT, MRI of the neck can diagnose it perfectly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
