General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

- Sipping water or sugarless drinks often and during meals
- Avoiding drinks with caffeine, such as coffee, tea and some sodas
- Chew sugarless gum or suck on sugarless hard candy to stimulate saliva flows
- Citrus, cinnamon or mint-flavored candies are good choices

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
