What Causes Dryness In My Nose When Suffering From Dry Throat?

I've had a problem for the past weekend that my throat seems to be very dry and slightly sore. The kind of feeling when I'm thirsty but when I try to drink it gets better, but it comes back later. When I breath in through my nose it gets dryer, and when I swallow I can slightly feel the pain in my throat. When I try to cough up - well not exactly cough, up mucus (because sometimes it helps when I have a dry throat pain in the morning) I can feel the pain. When I spit out the mucus I cough up, I feel fine but comes back later like when I drink. I'm getting worried there's something wrong with my throat and I'm embarrassed to tell anyone. Help?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute pharyngitis or granular pharyngitis giving this type of sensation.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like Azithromicin for 3-5 days.
Have some throat lozenges to keep in mouth.
Do listerine liquid gargles.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
