hi husna thanks for asking thiss on HCM, there is nothing wrong in your question and no need to be shy for this. the semen is a mix of three secretions from three different places which gets together before coming out. sperm from the testis passes through the ejaculatory duct where secretions from the seminal vesicle, prostate, bulbourethral glands gets added.the seminal vesicle produces a yellowish secretion which forms 70% of the semen. if there is any blockage in that tube the amount of semen will be less. its better to consult with a physician and get your husband further evaluated dont feel ashamed for this. hope this cleared your doubt.
