Hello!

Worrisome when a doctor isnt available at the right time! Yes.. Oxybutynin is a drug that is anti spasmodic and anticholinergic which is used to treat bladder problems such as incontinence, urgency and increased night time urination. The most common side effect is dry mouth because it is an anticholinergic. Most commonly anticholinergic decrease overall secretions in the body including saliva. Hence the dry mouth.

I'd recommend you to keep yourself hydrated at all times. Decrease the dosage of oxybutynin and watch for a 2 days. If the symptoms are not relived visit your urologist at the next available day.
