What Causes Dry Greenish Skin On Bottom Of Big Toe?

On the bottom of my big toe I have had dry skin for a while, and yesterday I found an area of it has turned a greenish colour after playing football. When pressure is on it I find it hurts slightly. Since then i have noticed a slight green patch on the side of the same foot and I'm unsure what to do next?
