I have been diagnosed with UCTD/MCTD and have been told I have lupus indicators, i.e maler rash, painful joints. oral ulcers, malaise, positive ANA every year for 4 years as well as other pos. autoimmune tests and positive Sjogrens A. Dry eyes, dry mouth, vaginal dryness and extreme fatigue. I am exhausted most all of the time, have headaches. I also have Essential tremor disease with worsening tremor and medullary sponge kidney. I cannot take Prednisone or Plaquenil, side effects. Any other meds that should be tried. Why is the Doctor hesitant to diagnosis lupus when I have six of the indicators. Any suggestions.
