Hello, It is winter where I live, and it s been fairly hard on my skin lately. The backs of my hands are dry and nearly look like they are scaling a bit. I ve tried lotion, applying it in the morning daily, but it wears off and leaves my hands looking embarrassingly withered by the end of my work day. I suspect it may be eczema, but it hasn t shown up anywhere else on my body. What might it be, and should I see a dermatologist? Thanks so much!
