What Causes Dry And Scaly Area On Testicles?

I just woke up this morning and upon grabbing my balls I noticed that there was one area in which was dry and scaley, it s relatively insensitive meaning I can t feel it if I touch it lightly. I put lotion on it as soon as I saw it and that didn t fix anything.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you found a dry patch on the scrotal skin that is scaly too. It is relatively insensitivity.
This can be due to severe form of dermatitis or psoriasis as it is scaly.
I would advise you the following:
Do not do anything at home as it will change the character of the disease.
Consult a Dermatologist and get well diagnosed.
The diagnosis in dermatology depends solely on the actual visual impression .
Get treated properly and you will be fine.
