What Causes Drowsiness In The Mornings Along With Insomnia At Nights?

Doctor, my name is Albin. I had to know what s the prblm with me. Usually nights I get less sleep but while day time I get sleep while doing work, while standing,while walking,while eating,while talking also. All my frnds teasing me ,now my age almost 25 ,so they ask me if ur like this what will you do afterafter marriage.

Hello,

If you are overweight, reduce your weight.go for a sleep study and arterial blood gas analysis.

Go to bed early even if you don't want to sleep. Avoid tea, coffee, tv, computer and mobile in the night, meditate.
