General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Being tired and fatigued during pregnancy is normal. Remember to keep hydrated and don't move much in hot weather. I don't think this is related to parasites or infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
