What Causes Drowsiness After Taking Triptaz For Migraine Treatment?

Sir i have heavy head ache and tiredness feeling while in noisy sorrounding and during travel . my doctor diagnosed it is because of Migraine and suggested me to take Migrabeta plus , divalrate er 250 and triptaz 10mg for one month. but it gives sleepless nights and more drowziness. what are reasons?

Migrabeta, divalrate and triptaz, all three are given for prophylaxis of migraine attacks.
All the three are not advised togather as they are being for same indication. Either of the three can serve the purpose.
I think you are being overdosed and this is causing drowsiness but inability to sleep.
Please discuss this with your doctor.
