What Causes Drop In Blood Pressure Along With Dizzy Spells During Mornings?
I am experiencing very low blood pressure 98/56 upon awakening, which is almost every hour. On medication for pericarditis. Frequent urination, dizzy. Normally high BP. Using CPAP before sleeping. Rapid heart rate and pounding of heart. On Lotrel and pain meds.

As you explain the situation it is not so easy to say the exact cause. Probably you are taking diuretics and they low the arterial pressure and it is the cause of fast heart rate. Better to consult your doctor for this.
