What Causes Dripping Of Blood During Urination Post Intercourse?

It has been 6 days since my last intercourse and I started bleeding about 5 days ago. I first felt pain while urinating and when I wiped, there was a light pink spotting. After about 4 days of light spotting and urination pain, I started dripping blood while urination. Will I be fine?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear sir/mam, Dripping of blood after urinating may be due to some injury or it may be due to infection in urinary tract.I would like to advice you for abstinence from intercourse and get a checkup done for yourself and your partner as well.Your treating doctor may ask for some tests for your blood and urine sample or some radiological or sonographic study may be required. He may prescribe both of you a course of antibiotic for certain period.Take an appointment as early as possible and get urself evaluated for the condition.
Hope this was helpful to you.
Thanks and regards
