What Causes Drapetomania While On Mirtazapine And Rexulti?

my sister was diagnosed with schizophrenia in her 20 s. She is now 68 and we have noticed after her psychiatrist prescribed a new medication called Rexulti and Mirtazapine, she s been having this urge to run away. She s left the house twice. Is it possible one of these meds combined with Clonozepam may be the cause of this sudden urge?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
None of the mentioned medicine causes this strange behavior. Schizophrenic patients have different types of hallucination and delusion. Therefore strange behaviors are very common.
Advice
1.     Continue all medicines as suggested by doctor
2.     Never leave her alone as suicidal behavior is also common in schizophrenic patients
3.     Be in regular touch with psychiatrist for follow up
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
