What Causes Drainage Of Red Liquid Along With Stools?

I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HAVING DIAREA FOR OVER 2 MONTHS NOW. I MAY GO WITHOUT FOR A DAY OR TWO AND IT COMES RIGHT BACK . I JUST USED THE RESTROOM AND IT WAS BRIGHTRED LIQUID AND PLAIN BROWN. I DID EAT A DONUT AT 9 THAT WAS RED BUT OTHER THEN THAT I HAVEN T EATEN ANYTHING RED. wHAT MIGHT BE GOING ON WITH ME AND SHOULD I GO TO THE ER OR WAIT AND SEE IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN?

Hi.

Bright red liquid could not be due to the red donut, and I do suggest going to the ER if you have another occurrence. Having diarrhea for a long period of time should also be a red flag in this situation, you need help, please seek it.
