Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had an experience in which my eyes felt crossed after working on the computer for sometime. When I got up I had double vision which seemed to be at two different levels, dizziness and unable to walk without bumping into things. I went to bed and the double vision eventually went away but my eyes still kind of hurt and feel tired.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of double vision along with dizziness . It may be refraction is to be done again. ocular muscle balancing is to be done. fundus examination is required to be done. It could be a stroke caused by a posterior cerebral blood circulation vessels insuficiency. You should have an urgent neurologic evaluation and brain imaging done in order to diagnose correctly your problem. You can get decreased peripheral vision and migraine attacks as well, these impairments are caused by the weakening of the muscles in the eye.
