What Causes Dots On The Inside Of Fingers?

Hi , So I have these freckle like dots on the inside of my fingers . I noticed the first one when I was around 6 year old and it grew ever so slightly and then remains the same size. The same happened a few moths ago on my other hand on the inside of my index finger. Any idea. What these might be please ?

you have to consult dermatologist for examination and opinion about treatment.these can be psoriasis or dermatitis or leucoderma. should have given other symptoms like hyper or hypo pigmentation or itching.it is more likely leucoderma.local examination is essential for diagnosis.
