General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Waking up dizzy in the morning could also be a sign that you have low blood sugar, so you're dizzy before you eat any food in the morning. I suggest to do a glycemic blood level in the morning before breakfast to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
