What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Light Headedness?

Hi, I am 53 years old, I swim about 4-5 days a week, on Sunday I noticed while I was in the pool I FELT DIZZY AND LIGHTHEADED. I also have a heartbeat sound in my left ear and when i walk I seem to walk heading sideways instead of straight, i am not nauseated and i have not vomited, i feel like something is crawling in my head which generally happens when it rains and we have been having rain since sunday. i am concerned because the only time i feel relief is when i am in bed and i sleep.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be nonspecific and not due to any disease but some time this may called hallucination in your case this may not be pure form of hallucination but just a delusion, and this is nothing to worry, no need to worry about this, have a nice day.
