What Causes Dizziness?

last night I checked my BP and it was 104/67 pulse 72. i am feeling fine but i just checked it and now my BP is 128/78 my pulse is 90. i am not feeling sick just a little dizzy wondering if i should be worried. i am not on any medication and have never had any BP problems I am 47 yrs

all value are normal only it appears youarehaving anxiety. very conscious about your BP. there are many condition in which you may have dinginess.for example general debility may be the cause. dehydration may also the cause so do not worry. you are fine.
