What Causes Dizziness With History Of Meineres Disease?

Hello. I feel very spacey, difficulty trying to find words and off balance. I was diagnosed with meineres years ago, but my ent is thinking it may not be that. I had a MRI in 2013 which was normal. I m having another one done next week. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of difficulty in finding words is associated with disorders of cerebral hemisphere.
Difficulty in finding words is a cognitive disorder and is associated with disorders of brain region which deals with language.
Difficulty in maintaining balance can occur in disorders of inner ear or disorders of cerebellum.
Meninere's disease is characterised by loss of balance and feeling of tinnitus.
A repeat MRI of brain is required to look for disorders of brain or inner ear.
Consultation with a neurologist is required for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
