You should know that the chronic use of painkillers can lead to chronic daily headache medically induced. From the other hand it is important performing a cervical column X ray study to exclude possible osteoarthrosis related to the neck pain and the episodes of dizziness. An ENT specialist consult may be needed if suspicions of an innner ear disorder are raised during physical examination. I would advise discussing with your attending physician the possibility of starting therapy with an antidepressant like citalopram or amytriptiline which are really effective in relieving and preventing headache in chronic daily headache.
