What Causes Dizziness While Suffering With Nasal Perforation?
I have a hole in septum from trauma years ago. My mucous dries terribly and I ve used qtips to get it out or if not available twisted tissue or pick it. The hole is large. I have terrible dizziness/ lightheadedness that the ENT is sending me to PT to manage. I don t think he s taking me seriously. I have sinus discomfort constantly. The vertigo is so awful. Isn t there something more than PT to manage this?
