What Causes Dizziness While Having Depression?
2 months ago, i feel like so depressed and feel dizzy always, and bad thoughts come and go, but now i overcome this so much depression, panic attacks and try not to think of bad things, but my problem is, since i wake up in the morning i feel dizzy,unbalance and light headed. What should i do to stop dizziness?

You might have orthostatic hypotension. In this condition your blood pressure reduces when you stand up. Consult a physician for reason behind it. Do not get up form bed suddenly; sit for some time and then slowly get up. You can also keep pillows beside your foot when you sleep.
