What Causes Dizziness When Extremely Tired?

Please. I want to ask what is this I m suffering of. When I get tired. Or sometimes even when I ran in short distance. I become too dizzy and I can t stand on my feet. And all I can do is to take a rest for and half an hour. Is this a symptom could be or what. Thanks in advance

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Dizziness and tiredness what you are experiencing could be due to anaemia with hypoproteinemia.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take iron capsules along with supplementing iron rich foods regularly.
2. Take protein supplements in the form of powder and consume protein rich foods like egg and milk.
Gradually, your symptoms should get better and be back to normal.
