What Causes Dizziness, Weakness And Heaviness In Body?
I ve felt fine all day, until now.I m kind of dizzy and feel weak. I feel like my whole body is heavy and I m having a hard time getting to bed right now because of how many different things I m feeling. My stomach hurts and my breathing is kind of slow.

I really appreciate your concern, it must be viral infection but more it seems to be functional condition due to stress in my opinion have some rest stop worrying no need to worry about anything, hope this information helps.
