What Causes Dizziness Upon Waking Up?

Ihave a terrible time getting to feel normal when I wake up. It varies, but some days it may take an hour with tea and light exercise. This morning I woke up with something weird with my brain...like somebody put it in a mixmaster. Not dizzy exactly, but not right,no grounded. I have some sugar daily, not a lot. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I also have noticed under my eyes when I get up is very white.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms can be related to prediabetes.
In the morning as you wake up the blood sugare levels are very low.
This can cause the dizzines.
I suggest you to measure blood sugar level frequently and eat breakfast every day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
