What Causes Dizziness, Tremors And Sweating In A Diabetic?

My daughter is diabetic with a blood sugar of 172 right now and she is dizzy and shaky and sweaty also after eating a bacon cheeseburger for lunch 2 hours ago. We are not sure what the problem is, considering the fact that she has taken all of her meds today

My advise is that you should check blood sugar level at the time of complaint arise. So we can know wether suger level is high or low. As, in both situation above mentioned symptoms are there.
