What Causes Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And Weakness In Legs Post Injury?

yesterday I slipped and hit my elbow on the toilet edge. it wasn t painful at the start but few seconds later after i stood up i felt dizzy. slowly I was short of breath and my legs could barely keep me up. I knew i was going to faint or pass out so i tried and managed - barely- to fall on my bed. I was partially aware of what is happening around me but everything I hear was starting to fade, it seemed like I was loosing my hearing and i didn t even try opening my eyes. shortly everything started going back to normal and the only thing left is the pain in my elbow. what exactly happened to me? why did i faint? note: i don t have diabetes or things like that as far as i know

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ideally such condition need to be managed with analgesic medicine with taking x-ray of injured part because just to rule out the possibility of fracture till then better to keep the arm in sling, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
