What Causes Dizziness Post Chordoma?

I was diagnosed with Chordoma a little over 5 years ago. I had surgery to remove the cancer and I have been good all of these years. Well a week ago I have been dizzy and even with medicine the dizziness isn t going away. I have also had cranial soreness and really bad headaches. Could the Chordoma spread from my lower spine to my skill?
