What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Pressure In The Head And Ears?

What causes pressure in the head? My GP treated me for allergies related to pollen in March, although I was not experiencing runny nose, watering eyes, but I had been having roaring in my head, and pressure in my ears, but has escalated. I went to an ENT specialist and the tests they ran were negative, however, they did reveal a perforation in the eardrum. This pressure is getting worse and causes dizziness and nausea.
