What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Headaches?

So my fiancé is experiencing dizziness, nasia and headaches. This all happened about 3days ago when she started her period and she has been bleeding more then normal. The last time she had her period was back in May. She also takes birth control. She had stopped taking for about 2 months and recently started up again. I don t know what it could be or if this has ever happened in any cases.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the hormone changes that could cause such symptoms and it may not be anything else, and even not to worry about this, some time it may be due to age too, hope this information helps.
