I have problem wirh constipation real bad the longest i go without having a bowl movement is 3 weeks n right now i am having dizziness n nausea n constipation real bad n this is be going on for a week now n it is getting worse. What is going on with me? I am not having any fever at all. What is the pron blem?

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance, dehydration , medication reaction , side-effect and sleep deprivation. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water. You should eat fibrous food like salad and fruits. You should avoid fatty and spicy food . Consult general practitioner once and get yourself examined properly for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take history and blood test and start treatment after proper diagnosis.
