What Causes Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Constipation?
I am 28 years old, female Caucasian (one pregnancy--he is now 1yrs old) and I have been very lightheaded and dizzy over the past 4 days (sometimes spinning sensation) and constipated. It doesn t seem to get better with fluid intake or more rest. I have also been very tired, waking up like hit by a train.

Hi Dear ,
As per your query you have dizziness, lightheartedness and constipation . Well there can be many reasons for dizziness like ,Low blood sugar and iron level , Some medications like anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sedatives and tranquilizers , Ear infection , Due to some medication , Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , Meniere's disease and Migraine . Food allergy can also be one of the cause . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , blood test , rotatory chair test , posturography and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , antibiotics (amoxicillin or penicillin ) at least for 10 days , antihistamine , Prochlorperazine and recommend vestibular therapy . For now do warm saline gargles and take steam twice daily .
