What Causes Dizziness, Lack Of Energy And Anxiety?

Hello I am a 26 year old female all around healthy.. However a little over a year ago after I have birth to my only child, I began to feel very dizzy, out of body, lack of energy, and anxiety.. I do have a small history of anxiety and was treated with Xanax.. However all of the other symptoms are with me all day everyday.. I have been to many doctors and an ear nose and throat specialist and no one can identify anything.. Any idea of what could be going on?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You went and checked yourself with many doctors and many specialists and they could not diagnose anything wrong with you. In that case, you should have convinced yourself that the past anxiety disorder got presented itself during the hard and agonizing procedure of your delivery. Such a relapse can occur and that is quite normal. You need to understand anxiety and anxiety disorder. Anxiety is part of your body's defence mechanism and it cannot harm you in any way. Perception of fear manifests anxiety and if your perception of fear is continuous and without any cause then it is anxiety disorder. During and after your delivery, you had anxiety, not anxiety disorder. Forget and ignore it.
