General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The signs are suggestive of an overdose of alcohol giving headache, dizziness, vomiting and secondary dehydration.

* Primary treatment is aimed at antiemetic as ondansetron, proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or else, dehydration and electrolyte correction with fluid and supportive care.

To prevent such an issue is obviously abstinence from alcohol, plenty of liquids and correction of any hematologic abnormality if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
