What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Tingling Sensation On Arms, Legs And Face?

I have had headaches daily. I have been experiencing tingling on my right leg, arm and face for a couple of weeks. There was one day I had felt dizzy for a couple pf hours. I just had a cat scan and am waiting for the results wondering what is wrong.
