What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Nausea?

For 7+ months my husband has experienced dizziness, headache and nausea intermittently. The symptoms used to be perhaps several times a month, but are now a few times a day. It is quite life changing for him. He has to lay down frequently. What are some possible causes?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you have mentioned looks like symptoms of anxiety disorder with panic attacks. I want to ask if he has any stressors? If he get anxious sometimes? Was he having any psychiatric problem in the past? If yes then you need to take him to psychiatrist and get him started on anti-anxiety pills. Medical conditions are less likely to continue for more than 7 months, still you can consult physician to rule out medical causes for his symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
