hi, I am 19 years old. On December 16th 2014 I had a long day at work and built up stress and felt pressure on the right side of my head. A few minutes later I layed down and the right side of my face went numb. I panicked and went to the hospital. They said I did not have a stroke but there was not enough reason for a brain scan. I was told to follow up with a neurologist but never did. Since that day I felt many strange things such as my head feeling heavy, tired and fatigued, ear fullness, headaches, and dizziness in A unsteady type of way but I only feel it at night or when it s dark. Also, I ve been feeling a ticklish sensation in my head on the right side. Today things have improved but I still feel dizzy at night everyday and I still feel the ticklish sensation in my head.today my right arm had the ticklish sensation as well but thats just today. I m not sure if its anxiety but what should I do ? Thank you
