What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Depression?

Hello Dr Keerthi,

First time I try healthcare magic.
I suffer from the following sympthoms:

When I dont do any physical practice I experience: dizzyness, headache, hot head - cold legs, cold hands, lack of focus, I become irritable person, depression, my desire to do things diminishes.

After doing some physical practice for about an hour (running, football, basketball, hitchhiking) everything goes away. My hands and feet become red and hot (they even become bigger).

My blood pressure is 80/130
heart beat rate is between 60-65 BPM

I do physical exercises 3-4 times a week for 2 hours so I can keep up with my life . Part of it includes gymnastics where i have very hard time in stretching (muscle stiffness - taking magnesium supplements fix that temporary).

When i am relaxed my muscles twitch (everywhere - face, hands, fent, stomach etc..).

I went to Neurolgist they did some Electroencephalography which showed as a result Alpha waves + theta spikes.

They have me to take piracetam - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piracetam and 1mg of rivotril (clamazepam) ( 0.25 in the morning, 0.25 in the afternoon, 0.5 in the evening).
Piracetam did strengthen my mind but clamazepam didnt do much except relaxing me a little bit and I could sleep a little bit better.

What I wonder is suggestion on how to continue with finding the root of the issue. Thank you.
