Hi, every one in a while I am overcome with this light headed feeling and it wouldn t be so bad but when it hit me it hit me hard and for no apparent reason. It comes so quickly and I don t know what causing it. It feels like I m over heating but then theres dizzyness and my vision goes and when people talk to my it sounds like theres cotton in my ear. If I don t sit down quickly enough its like my body goes to sleep but it not sleep.
