General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Micturition (or post-micturition) syncope is fainting during or more commonly, immediately after urination due to a severe drop in blood pressure.

Micturition syncope is most common in older men and usually occurs at night after a deep sleep. The exact cause of micturition syncope isn't fully understood.

Check your blood pressure regularly. Do urine R/E and look for some infection. Take plenty of water and liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Drmarwat
