What Causes Dizziness And Weakness In The Legs?

I this has been happening for 3 days now I woke up and got up and felt dizzy after work I come sit on my bed and they might head slowly and when I lay down the room is spinning for a couple of seconds I have an upset stomach my legs feel weak and I have a headache

The sensation of “jelly legs” may also be attributed to the muscle weakness that occurs when the body is flooded with adrenaline. Also, anxiety can cause changes to one's breathing that can result in weakened muscles and changes in blood pressure.
